Biography

Shi Yuedong, Associate Chief Physician, Department of Plastic Surgery, Zhongshan Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University. With more than 20 years of experience in plastic surgery, he has published more than 20 papers as first author in authoritative and core domestic journals, as well as 2 SCI papers. He participated in the compilation of monographs such as Aesthetic Surgery and Practical Surgery, and serves as the subcenter principal investigator of one Shanghai Shenkang multicenter clinical research project for major diseases. He specializes in the treatment of skin and soft tissue tumors, repair of various wounds, treatment of limb lymphedema, and comprehensive treatment of refractory hemangiomas. In recent years, the new technique of “hydrosurgical debridement combined with NPWT and PRP-assisted artificial dermis plus autologous skin grafting for the treatment of refractory lower extremity ulcers” has achieved remarkable efficacy in the treatment of chronic leg ulcers, diabetic foot, pressure sores, and other conditions. In the field of medical aesthetics, he has accumulated extensive clinical experience in facial aesthetic plastic surgery, breast plastic surgery, scar plastic surgery, laser treatment, and minimally invasive injection.
